About the Narrator Teresa Lewis (Hypnotherapist)

Teresa is experienced in helping people through hypnosis, intuitive consultations, meditation and mentorship, all of which she offers through her company Light Hearted Services. She has spent many years sharing these different modalities in Australia and around the world to help people personally and through audio programs such as this one. This program was jointly developed with the clinical hypnosis expertise and help of Giovanni Lordi .

Instructions for Use

Use this program for 2-3 months before your expected birth date. You can listen to it when you go to sleep or during the day when your have some quiet time. This hypnosis program is designed to prepare you emotionally, mentally & physically for your big day. To get the best results, it is recommended to listen to this program 6 nights/days a week for 6-8 weeks straight. Doing this, you will be fully prepared and ready when it comes time for birth.
